Working principle

Working principle of DBY3 series electric diaphragm pump: In the two symmetric working chambers of diaphragm pump, each is provided with a piece of elastic diaphragm, and the two diaphragms are integrated as a whole, and the square groove in the middle of the picea is provided with a CAM driving rod reciprocating motion.

The motor shaft is connected with an eccentric shaft by a key. The front end of the eccentric shaft is composed of a CAM and a bearing, and the bearing is matched with a square groove on the picea wilsonii. So when the motor is rotating, reciprocating motion can be realized.

When the connecting rod moves to the left, the left chamber is in a state of compression, and the liquid is squeezed out of the chamber, while the right chamber is in a state of expansion, and the external liquid is sucked into the chamber. Then the connecting rod moves to the right, the right chamber is in a state of compression, and the liquid is compressed out, and the left chamber is in a state of expansion, and the external liquid is sucked into the chamber, so that the motor is realized Drive the diaphragm to work back and forth, the medium continues to transport outwards.
